30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- It must include all original accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
